We want to make sure we're paying the right pensions to the right members. This is why, if you are currently being paid a pension from the Plan, we ask you to periodically complete the Member Verification process.

Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) will send you an invitation, usually around September, asking you to complete the process. This invitation will be sent to your postal address and, where held, also to your registered email address (the email that you receive will be from [email protected]).

This privacy notice is intended to provide transparency regarding what to expect when the Trustee of the SCA UK Pension Plan process personal information. It applies to information about Plan members, their beneficiaries and other persons associated with them.

The Trustee purchased a bulk annuity policy from the insurer Legal & General ("L&G") in July 2024. As part of that policy, the Trustee is required to provide L&G with information about the members of the Plan. A copy of L&G's privacy policy can be found below.
